Before the competition: Strategy
Create and structure the GPP program: Leitmotiv, look&feel, creativities, communication, DG actions, site…
Design and creation of a tailor-made suit for each team of the actions to be developed.
During the competition: Execution
- Program Coordination
- Ensure the implementation of the actions agreed upon in collaboration with Manufacturer/Disti/Partner Growth.
- Research of geographic tech forums adapted to each partner.
- Support in the activities: set-up, DG events, etc.
- Follow up with partners to achieve certifications.
- Report the ROI of the actions (Claims, invoices, photographs, Lead-PGR follow-up).
- Final evaluation: ROI of the program, Executive report.
